After you log in successfully, you will be able to see the application form. Fill in all the details correctly. Upload your document and the latest passport-type photo.
Finally, you will be provided with an application number and the date and time of your appointment. You can also select the closest bmtc office to your home.

Travel Route Information – Your travel information must be entered. The information should include where you would like to begin your journey as well as where you are headed. Documents Details – The document section of the application form is crucial. You must submit all relevant documents here. Then, You will need to upload a recent passport-sized photograph on a white background.
You will need to attach your Fee Receipt from the school/college/institution as proof. Your Fee receipt should contain your admission number and your name.
Images should save in JPG and PNG formats. The maximum size of an image should not exceed 1 MB.

SC/ST Professional & College Students Pass – For them there’s no pass price but they have to pay 200rs as processing fees
Technical/Medical Students Pass – For them pass price is 1400rs and processing fees same 200rs
SC/ST Technical/Medical Students Pass – They don’t have to any pass price and only processing fees same 200rs
Evening/PHD College Students Pass – They have to pay 1235rs for Pass price and 200rs for processing fees
SC/ST Evening/PHD College Students Pass – They don’t have to pay any pass price but processing fees of 200rs is necessary.
