Story of Pelli Choopulu – “Pelli Choopulu” is a rare, clean romcom in which children are just as important as their elders. For every youngster who dreams, there’s an older who is trapped in a time warp. Chitra (Ritu Varma) is a woman fighting for her independence. Her father, a middle-class pedestrian, is not able to see the things his daughter is made from. Prashanth (Vijay Devarakonda) must confront a father who doesn’t see his son’s strengths.
The film’s premise is as appealing and interesting as it gets. It tells a story about a love story thats filled with real characters and slice-of-life moments. However, it also has a flaw (more details later).
Oh Manapenne Audience Review
Prashanth and Chitra go to Chitra’s house to meet her parents, but they accidentally get locked in a room. This is their chance to tell each other about their dad’s stories since Chitra has already made it clear she doesn’t want this union. They have shared enough of their hearts to be empathetic towards each other by the end. They are joined by elders who reveal that they have been in the wrong place.
The second part is about Prashanth’s decision to move on while Chitra has other plans. Their love story ends in a happy-ever-after romance.
